While Out Riding

While out riding Saturday I, unfortunately, had my drive belt brake on my Dyna. Lucky I wasn't to far from my buddy John Maxwell's house. So I call him and he wasted no time in getting his trailer on the truck to come save me. Johns all seems to be working on some thing cool and I couldn't help but get my camera out for some shots. Johns a great guy and we had the bike back together in no time flat.

T-Bird

Got up early today and went and pick up a old custom 62 T-Bird. Pretty cool, Took it over to Hill's Hot Rods. Jeff found some old stuff under the seat.I put some pictures up of the car. I'll put more later when we get it all cleaned up!! Stay Tuned!!

Pandamonium

Here's another panhead to come out of the shop. Boomer's been buying them up and we've been cleaning them as fast as we can. This one is a 53 FL. Pretty cool. If anyone has a old Shovelhead, Panhead, anything weve love to see it. Send us a pictures to BoomersBikeShop@yahoo.com

Surfs Up!

Boomer says hes gonna "hang ten" in his new surf truck. I dont know how a man can go to a hot rod auction and come home with this. I've been saying for a while how Boomer needs someone to watch him at these things and well, this proves. But it is a very cool, one of a kind, surf truck. Watch for us surfing the streets this year!!

Miss Boomers Newest Chopper

This is the newest Chopper to the family. Terry, Boomers best friend, put this beauty together for Sandy, Boomers wife. This was a quick build but man did Terry do it again. He hand made the pipes out of some old swap meet parts. Terry cleaned up the bike using some parts that he took off the bike, and some new parts in his swap meet stash. Sandy will love hitting the streets this year on with beautiful chopper. I took some before and after pictures of the bike......enjoy!!!

Today we got the 57' Buick back from Jeff Hill at Hills Hot Rods. He always does a great clean up on these old cars we find. And Boomer held true to his ways as a sales men and sold it the same day we got it to the shop.

New Shop Truck

Got a new shop truck. This ones new and improved. Its a 63' Chevy with a 445 big block, over drive trans for long hauls, power stearing, power brakes. Towed a few bikes with it this year. I think this one we will get the shop name painted on it. I think its gonna be a good summer.

Stopped by Terry's House

Stopped by Terry's house to check out his 36' VL framed Shovel and man was it beautiful. He fired up that baby up and took off on it. When he came flying by us, the sound that shovelhead made was a true legendary Harley Davidson song. Music to any gear heads ears. It was great to hang out with Terry for a bit, Boomers got him building another bike. Stay turned, pictures to come! And Check out the new GKM for this Beautiful VL Shovel in the next issue!
